We have been favourably impressed with the number of events going on in
the locality, especially at holiday time. Possibilities include music
evenings [sometimes a meal involved], dances, circus, street theatre,
agricultural show, Just 10 minutes drive up to the Plans d'Hotonnes (winter ski area) one can find the Biathlon Course where many events are held throughout the seasonsflea market, fun fair, "vide grenier [car boot sale] and food fair. Many villages host a "fete du four" a couple of times a year, where the communal wood fired bread oven is fired up to cook bread, pastries and other good things in a carnival atmosphere.  |
